What is the return policy?
At AHS Sports, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our team will guide you through the replacement process.
All Tape Ball Cricket Bats come with a 1-Month Manufacturing Warranty. If your bat develops a manufacturing fault, such as a broken handle or any manufacturing defect under normal use, we'll gladly replace it.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. As many of our products are custom-made or specially prepared, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you need to make changes to your order or would like to add additional items before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
When will I get my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days across Australia.
Delivery to regional or remote areas may take a little longer.
